Malcolm Todd - CEO and Director

With over 25 years of experience in senior positions within natural resources companies, Mr. Todd was President and Director of Prairie Exploration Inc. (a private Alberta Corporation), a position held since December 2006 and acquired by Donnybrook in May 2010. Prior thereto, Mr. Todd was President of Prairie Pacific Energy Corporation, which was acquired by Northrock Resources Ltd. in February 2006, and he has served as a Senior Officer and Director of a number of other public and private companies.

Murray Scalf - Director and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Murray Scalf has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, Mr. Scalf was the President of Dorado Energy Inc., a private oil and gas exploration and production company acquired by Wildstream Exploration Inc. in January 2010. Mr. Scalf was formerly the President of Denim Exploration Corp., and prior thereto, President of Dorchester Energy Inc., both Calgary-based oil and gas companies which were ultimately acquired by senior Canadian producing oil and gas companies. 

Robert Todd - Chief Financial Officer

Over 25 years of experience in senior positions within natural resource companies has given Mr. Todd the opportunities to work as CFO of Prairie Exploration Inc. (a private Alberta Corporation), a position held since December 2006 and acquired by Donnybrook in May 2010. In addition, Mr. Todd was CFO of Prairie Pacific Energy Corporation, which was acquired by Northrock Resources Ltd. in February 2006, and he has served as a Senior Officer and Director of a number of other public and private companies.

Randy Kwasnicia - Director

Mr. Kwasnicia has been President of Bralin Management Ltd., a private oil and gas and real estate investment company, since June 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Kwasnicia was co-owner of private oil and gas drilling contractors, Excalibur Drilling (1994-2004) and Paragon Drilling Ltd. (1987-1994).

Ken Stephenson - Director

Mr. Stephenson, a civil engineer, has held private ownerships, directorships, and in some cases the position of Chief Executive Officer, in the oil and gas industry in pipeline construction, manufacturing, exploration and development, heavy construction, contract drilling, gas processing, oilfield camp and catering. In addition, Mr. Stephenson has held and continues to hold a number of diverse commercial/industrial interests and directorships in private companies, and is currently a director of Calvalley Petroleum Inc. (TSX) and U.S. Oil Sands Inc. (TSXV).

Colin Watt - Director

Mr. Watt has over 15 years of public resource company management experience. He is President of Squall Capital Corp., a private Canadian-based company which specializes in financing, restructuring and providing management services to early stage public companies. Mr. Watt is also the President of Lynden Energy Corp., since 2005.
